Remote Staff Accountant – Sage Intacct Expertise

About the role

We are looking for a remote Staff Accountant with strong Sage Intacct expertise to own full‑cycle accounting for multiple entities. You will drive month‑end close, reconcile balances and support financial reporting while continuously improving our finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting including journal entries, accruals, payroll entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end close activities and prepare financial statements.
• Process accounts payable, cash receipts and bank transactions.
• Perform bank and balance‑sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Excel, Sage Intacct, AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Proven experience with Sage Intacct.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
