Remote Young Professional Recruiter

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Young Professional Recruiter, working fully remotely. You will support end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of technical and non‑technical positions, gaining hands‑on experience alongside senior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
