About the role

The company is a global leader in heavy construction machinery, seeking an Executive Sales Representative to drive sales of mining equipment in the Mexican open‑pit market. You will be the primary point of contact for mining companies and distributors, promoting a wide range of products such as mining trucks, articulated trucks, excavators, loaders, and crushing stations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell mining equipment to open‑pit mining customers across Mexico, handling quotations, contracts, and delivery coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with mining firms and distributor channels, interacting directly with key purchasing decision‑makers.
• Manage distributor partnerships and contribute to regional sales strategies, after‑sales service solutions, and spare‑parts promotion.
• Conduct commercial negotiations under international trade terms and follow up on collections and post‑sale support.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence and provide feedback to support product strategy.

Required profile

• Technical degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar sales activities.
• Proven knowledge of selling mining‑sector machinery, especially for open‑pit operations.
• Previous experience negotiating with mining groups.
• Willingness to travel regularly (travel expenses provided).
