About the role

The Materials Planner will ensure accurate material planning across the supply network, maintaining resilience, flexibility, and end‑to‑end synchronization. You will optimize resources, drive efficiency, and support business growth through data‑driven, customer‑centric planning strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain E2E planning fundamentals, ensure compliance with FP&R Production Planning Standard and LIFT principles.
• Analyze supply‑chain capacity versus demand, identify risks, and communicate shortages or excess inventory using SAP and digital tools.
• Parametrize master data for new codes and perform quarterly maintenance to enable system‑driven planning.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies for raw materials and packaging, manage supplier evaluations, and minimize SLOBs/Scrap.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, Packaging, and Tech Transfer to resolve gaps and support New Product Introductions.
• Generate the annual physical inventory calendar and assist with audits at external plants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing, customer service or logistics, preferably in Demand Planning or Supply Network Planning.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (≥75%).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, continuous improvement, supply‑chain processes and data analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (including APO) and digital planning tools.
• Experience using Sigma, Domo, and G‑Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled analytics platforms.
