As a Restaurant Supervisor at One&Only Palmilla, you will ensure every dining experience meets the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will lead daily restaurant operations, delivering flawless, personalized service while maintaining strict quality and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, guaranteeing exceptional service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members to uphold luxury service standards.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll controls, and coordinate team vacations while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
• Deliver personalized guest service, anticipate needs, and resolve requests promptly and empathetically.
• Supervise opening and closing checklists for each shift.
• Maintain constant communication with Kitchen, Banquets, and Food & Beverage teams.
• Operate and oversee systems such as 7Rooms, Alice, and Micros with accuracy.
• Coordinate service, cleanliness, and presentation audits.
• Review and approve guest check adjustments, charges, or compensations as needed.
• Monitor daily VIP and group arrivals, anticipating special requirements.
• Collaborate with the kitchen on menu oversight, inventory control, and requisitions.
• Participate actively in operational meetings to ensure alignment.
