Retail Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Retail Operations Coordinator supports the Commercial Department by managing legal documentation, driving continuous‑improvement projects, and implementing digital tools that connect retail stores with headquarters. The role ensures smooth commercial processes across all sales channels while providing analytical reporting and compliance oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal documents such as boutique and POS agreements, addendums, consignment letters, termination letters, and grey‑market cases; oversee validation workflows, scan contracts, and maintain tracking files.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across commercial areas and sales channels, overseeing project implementation and follow‑up.
• Drive “Connected Retail” projects by implementing and integrating digital tools (e.g., RetailOS, Operations tools, Retail Apps, Boosters) into commercial activities and communicating system updates.
• Coordinate Booster operations, support POS users, troubleshoot usage issues, and liaise with key users to report problems and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly commercial and selling‑cost reports for each store, including sales, stock, traffic, AVP, UPT, and provide performance commentary.
• Implement commercial processes across sales channels, ensuring brand policies, legal requirements, and stakeholder alignment are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, retail, or hospitality.
• Performance‑ and client‑centered mindset with strong project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Operational agility, strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
