Retail Operations Manager

About the role

OTB Group is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimise the day‑to‑day performance of multiple store locations across its fashion brands. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance with company policies, inventory integrity and a consistent brand experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations across several stores, aligning activities with brand standards and department‑store requirements.
• Lead operational execution for store openings, relocations, remodels and closures.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify productivity and profitability opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, communicate and enforce operational policies, procedures and best practices; conduct store visits and audits.
• Manage inventory processes including stock control, cycle counts, physical inventories and transfers.
• Partner with loss‑prevention and security teams to minimise shrinkage and protect assets.
• Support expense management, cost‑control initiatives and review financial performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing retail operations across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret operational and financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety, risk management and compliance standards.
