Revenue Director

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Revenue Director to shape and execute revenue management across our portfolio of boutique hotels. You will own pricing, distribution and commercial performance, working closely with senior leadership to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for multiple properties.
• Lead pricing optimisation, inventory management and distribution across OTAs and direct channels.
• Monitor and analyse ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, market share and other KPIs to maximise profit.
• Manage the Revenue team and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Executive Leadership.
• Oversee and optimise systems such as Cloudbeds, Guesty, PriceLabs and other distribution platforms.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a multi‑property or boutique environment.
• Proven track record of leading pricing and distribution strategies.
• Fluent English with strong analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Cloudbeds, Guesty and PriceLabs.
• Deep knowledge of OTAs, channel managers and dynamic pricing tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
