Sales Account Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing transportation and logistics company that is reshaping freight movement across North America. As a Sales Account Manager you will act as the local representative for multinational customers, driving new business and deepening existing relationships in the Mexican market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with multinational companies whose decision‑makers are based outside Mexico.
• Collaborate with US sales teams and sales enablement to evaluate market opportunities and support sales plans.
• Negotiate agreements that go beyond price, leveraging Mexican market expertise to create mutually beneficial solutions.
• Assess accounts for suitability as Managed Business Customers (MBCs) or for assignment to a Mexico Sales Representative.
• Execute strategic planning activities, including annual business planning, KPI scorecards, and resource allocation.
• Develop and communicate SOPs tailored to customer requirements and ensure seamless hand‑off to operations.
• Monitor competition and industry trends to protect and enhance the value proposition for Mexican customers.

Required profile

• Strong energy, hustle, and willingness to learn; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, collaborative environment and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with cross‑border stakeholders.
