Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join Katchy Technology’s fast‑growing fintech team in Mexico City. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help expand our cross‑border payment and foreign‑exchange services by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Mexican market.
• Visit potential clients, present Katchy’s payment and FX solutions, and build long‑term relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance.
• Provide post‑sale support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee smooth transaction processing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, foreign exchange or international trade.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet customers face‑to‑face.
