Sales Customer Service Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Customer Service Analyst to deliver exceptional service throughout the entire order lifecycle, from placement to cash collection. The role supports order entry, shipping, billing, and issue resolution while acting as the voice of our salon‑industry customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain initial order entries, ensuring high product and service quality.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and inquiries about products, orders, and pricing.
• Optimize order size, analyze order patterns, and drive improvements in departmental KPIs.
• Handle emergency orders and alternative procedures for urgent requests.
• Support on‑time delivery, manage returns and refusals, and communicate shortages or damages.
• Generate reports, participate in internal and external audits, and assign reason codes for root‑cause analysis.
• Execute and analyze FROT, CDR, and POM data to monitor fill‑rate and on‑time performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, functions) and general computer applications.
• Experience using SAP and knowledge of supply network operations or a similar business background.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with flexibility to shift priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and problem‑solving orientation in a fast‑paced environment.
