Sales Development Representative – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help expand our market presence across Mexico. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, initiating conversations and moving prospects through the early sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers, qualify leads against defined criteria, and book meetings for the internal sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and CRM records.
• Consistently achieve and exceed outreach and meeting‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in SDR, BDR, telemarketing or outbound sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities, comfortable with cold calls and handling objections.
• Self‑driven, performance‑oriented and able to work independently.
