Sales Executive – Vacation Ownership

About the role

The Sales Executive will engage prospective guests and present the opportunity to become owners of premium vacation experiences. This role requires a professional appearance, strong customer focus, and the ability to meet sales targets within a structured work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to standard work hours (7 am – 4 pm).
• Greet each guest warmly and use approved presentation materials to showcase vacation ownership options.
• Achieve individual performance goals and contribute to overall site VPG and closing percentages.
• Provide excellent customer service, discuss terms, incentives, points, and pricing, and secure guest commitments.
• Attend required training to stay current on product knowledge and company policies.
• Complete demo and assessment rides, and participate in coaching sessions with team leaders.
• Attend staff meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Previous experience in vacation ownership or similar sales environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and openness to diverse perspectives.
