Sales Manager – Americas

About the role

Portcast is looking for a self‑driven Sales Manager to own the full enterprise sales cycle across the Americas. You will focus on Freight Forwarders, Logistics Service Providers and Beneficial Cargo Owners, building pipeline and closing new business while establishing Portcast’s commercial presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify enterprise‑level opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, industry events and personal network.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process – from discovery and solution demos to commercial negotiations and contract signing.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement and digital transformation.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth post‑sale transition.
• Define and execute a territory plan to grow Portcast’s footprint across the Americas.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex solutions to enterprise logistics organisations.
• Highly autonomous with a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
• Strong ability to influence senior decision‑makers and drive deals forward without extensive internal support.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
