Sales Training Specialist II

About the role

The Sales Training Specialist II supports learning experiences that increase key competencies across the Milwaukee Sales Organization. The role focuses on product training, onboarding, and early‑career development to drive desired behavior changes.

Key responsibilities

• Support critical training programs for product knowledge, new‑hire onboarding, and early‑career experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training solutions and lead sessions such as New Hire Jump Start, Red Culture Weeks, and train‑the‑trainer events.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and T&D Shared Services to design, deploy, and evaluate training solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses, maintain learning plans, and manage content in the Learning Management System.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in training & development, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using content management systems such as CRM, Wrike, or Learning Management Systems.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
