SAP BTP Developer

About the role

The Talent IT Service Delivery team is looking for an experienced SAP BTP Developer to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Employee Central solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform. You will act as the primary contact for Employee Central projects, guiding them from discovery through deployment and support.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of SAP consultants throughout complex project lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business and HR requirements.
• Translate requirements into system specifications, design documents, and configuration settings.
• Design and configure Employee Central modules, including organizational management, employee data, workflows, business rules, and security.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and complex technical issues.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a matrix organization.
• Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to prioritize relationships and negotiate with customers.
• Excellent analytical abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EY competency principles, coaching, and mentoring.

Required skills

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Neo and Cloud Foundry environments.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
• Organizational management, workflow design, business rule creation, and security setup within Employee Central.
