SC CPFR Analyst

About the role

The SC CPFR Analyst will design and execute collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment strategies for PepsiCo México. The role focuses on improving on‑shelf availability in organized trade, supporting Vendor Managed Inventory initiatives and driving value for both PepsiCo and key customers such as Walmart.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPFR models to ensure efficient, profitable forecasting and replenishment.
• Generate sell‑in and sell‑out demand forecasts using consumption trends, elasticity, seasonality and commercial events.
• Execute commercial plans for key accounts, aligning inventory levels and replenishment algorithms with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate data on catalogs, product‑store combinations, forecasts and promotional calendars.
• Monitor client KPIs (sell‑in, in‑stock) and take corrective actions to address deviations.
• Lead joint planning sessions with customers and logistics partners to align supply‑chain processes.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to support initiatives that boost sales, distribution and market share.
