About the role
We are seeking a School Facilities Manager to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of our school environment. The role supports students and staff by maintaining facilities that enable effective learning and teaching.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate daily activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Manage budgets for repairs, supplies, and contracted services.
- Coordinate with external contractors for large‑scale repairs and projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of all school facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe learning environment.
Required profile
- Experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding, health, and safety principles.
