Scrum Master – Remote (Agile & DevOps)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong DevOps knowledge to lead remote Agile teams in delivering high‑quality software solutions. The role combines servant‑leadership, Agile coaching and delivery facilitation to help cross‑functional teams adopt Scrum and DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement, Release Planning).
• Coach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments, identify risks and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to integrate Agile delivery with CI/CD, automation, infrastructure‑as‑code and testing automation.
• Track and improve delivery metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time, change‑failure rate and mean‑time‑to‑recovery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across development, QA, security, infrastructure and operations.
• Provide clear reporting, dashboards and data‑driven insights to support quarterly planning and roadmap execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and cloud‑native delivery practices.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects and business stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and servant‑leadership skills.
