Security Agent

About the role

One&Only Palmilla is seeking a dedicated Security Agent to protect guests, staff, and assets across the resort. You will be the first line of defense, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Walk, observe, monitor, report, and correct security incidents throughout the property.
• Conduct constant tours and patrols to detect and mitigate risks.
• Maintain full control of access points, verifying credentials for collaborators and visitors.
• Respond immediately to emergencies, providing accident prevention and first‑response actions.
• Perform daily inspections at the collaborator entrance checkpoint.
• Receive, safeguard, and manage forgotten objects through Lost and Found procedures.
• Prepare accurate security reports and maintain incident logs.

• Strong observational skills and ability to stay vigilant during long patrols.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents and interacting with guests and staff.
• Ability to act quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
• Professional demeanor that reflects the resort’s upscale atmosphere.
