Senior Associate – Financial Operations (Onestream)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Acceleration Center in Mexico. You will focus on enhancing financial operations for a diverse client portfolio, leveraging digital tools and a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client financial processes to identify improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Design and implement solutions that streamline operations, strengthen controls and automate workflows.
• Provide guidance on financial systems implementation and shared‑services management.
• Develop financial strategies and use data‑mining/forecasting to support decision‑making.
• Oversee financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and anticipate their needs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
