Senior Business Architect – Credit

About the role

Klar is expanding its fintech platform to serve small and medium‑sized enterprises in Mexico. As a Senior Business Architect (Credit) you will help shape the financial operating system for SMEs by turning strategic ideas into actionable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and senior managers to define business strategies and KPIs for credit products.
• Support project management activities and ensure delivery of high‑quality outputs.
• Analyze data to identify process‑improvement opportunities, develop insights and recommend solutions.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, computational, mathematics or related analytical field.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Python programming for automation and analysis.
• Experience applying AI techniques to automate processes.
• Familiarity with Tableau (a plus).
