Senior Business Development Manager – Mexico

About the role

Nuvei is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of its fintech solutions within the iGaming vertical across the LATAM region, with a focus on Mexico. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to expand market presence and create strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an extensive pipeline of sales opportunities and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
• Develop and execute new sales strategies targeting high‑value prospects.
• Present complex technical products and innovative payment solutions to C‑level executives.
• Identify and establish partnership programs with large merchants operating across LATAM.
• Coordinate cross‑country projects and respond to regulatory changes.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of business development or sales experience in the payments acquiring industry.
• Proven success negotiating complex C‑level deals covering technical, compliance, legal and commercial aspects.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple challenges, and willingness to travel.
• Fluent English (working language).
