Missions principales

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for executive-level positions (C-Suite, VPs, Directors).
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive high-level candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and rigorous assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Present high-potential candidates to internal stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with industry leaders and executive candidates.
• Ensure a premium, personalized, and positive candidate experience throughout the journey.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on C-Level or executive search.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and complex hiring pipelines.
• Native or near-native English proficiency is mandatory.
