Senior CAD Engineer – Remote (Short‑Term Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior CAD Engineer to join our remote team on a short‑term contract. You will create high‑fidelity CAD models, run simulations, and validate designs for aerospace, mechanical, or electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop CAD models and perform simulation and analysis for aerospace, mechanical, or electrical systems.
• Create and validate engineering designs using industry‑standard CAD and simulation tools.
• Translate technical requirements into accurate simulation models and engineering workflows.
• Analyze simulation results and recommend design improvements and optimizations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on design and validation activities.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, results, and technical findings.
• Support AI‑driven engineering projects by reviewing and evaluating engineering models and simulations.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and realism of engineering solutions and datasets.

Required profile

• PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in CAD engineering, simulation, and product design environments.
• Strong fundamentals in aerospace, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with modeling, simulation, analysis, and engineering validation projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with leading aerospace, manufacturing or engineering organizations is highly preferred.
