Senior Construction and Decarbonization Project Manager

About the role

Siemens Real Estate is looking for a senior professional to lead construction, fit‑out and decarbonization projects across office and light‑industrial sites in Mexico. You will drive the delivery of sustainable real‑estate solutions while ensuring safety, digitalization and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end construction and fit‑out projects for office and industrial buildings.
• Lead decarbonization initiatives, optimizing energy supply, efficiency, heat‑pump technology and on‑site power generation.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens sustainability, digitalization and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with building owners, utilities and regulatory agencies for power‑supply projects.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams, embedding internal and external service providers.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and drive structured communication.
• Apply standardized project‑management methods, monitor progress and ensure proper documentation.
• Promote digital innovation and identify creative solutions to improve processes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on industrial projects in Mexico.
• Broad knowledge of construction management and sustainable building practices.
