Senior Creative Manager

About the role

Aeromexico is seeking a Senior Creative Manager to lead the conception and execution of integrated creative campaigns that elevate the brand experience for B2C, B2B and internal audiences. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to deliver data‑driven storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee end‑to‑end creative campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing, commercial and internal objectives.
• Manage a production budget exceeding MXN 100 million, guaranteeing on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Provide creative direction across multiple channels, including social media, influencer marketing and performance‑marketing content.
• Collaborate with external production partners, agencies and freelance creatives.
• Leverage analytics to optimize content performance and drive brand health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in marketing/advertising, with 5+ years in senior creative leadership.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering award‑winning multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience managing large production budgets and external vendor relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for content creation.
• Strong data‑analytics capabilities for performance‑marketing optimization.
