Senior Credit Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will use your knowledge of macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to measure model progress, assess logical reasoning, and improve overall quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on topics such as macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and real‑world experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new version of the AI toward higher reliability.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
