Senior Credit & Collections Analyst

About the role

LEDVANCE is seeking a Senior Credit & Collections Analyst to join its finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships across key retail and distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and past‑due portfolio for major clients.
• Lead collection activities, including chargebacks, dispute resolution and cash application.
• Review, release and block purchase orders based on credit behaviour.
• Send statements, invoices and manage customer portals.
• Handle disputes, unapplied cash and deductions.
• Support month‑end closing, account reconciliations and write‑off proposals.
• Perform credit analysis and set credit limits.
• Monitor high‑risk accounts and provide escalation recommendations.
• Build monthly cash‑flow forecasts and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of experience in credit and collections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Proven experience managing large accounts such as retailers, distributors or marketplaces.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• SAP or SAP S/4 HANA (nice to have).
