Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our fast‑growing HealthTech organization. In this hybrid‑remote position you will design data solutions, build visualizations, and turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines.
• Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Implement ETL processes and manage data warehouse systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver needed datasets.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of large data sets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and partner with engineering and product teams.
