Senior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our award‑winning boutique design agency. This fully remote position offers direct access to leadership, creative freedom, and the chance to mentor emerging talent while delivering high‑impact design solutions for top U.S. companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate creative brainstorming sessions with structure and freedom.
• Research client businesses and industries to advise on strategic creative direction.
• Conduct discovery meetings, capture client goals, and produce clear briefs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers to ensure solutions align with strategy.
• Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback.
• Work across a broad range of projects, including brand development, naming, guidelines, direct‑mail, websites, event themes, POS, packaging, and digital marketing.
• Write compelling proposals that showcase agency capabilities.
