Senior DevOps Engineer – AI‑Native Platform Owner

About the role

We are seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our end‑to‑end platform. You will design infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines, and deploy services across staging and production while driving AI‑augmented engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS‑based infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Implement and teach CI/CD processes with GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and progressive delivery strategies.
• Deploy and operate services at scale, including Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, ElastiCache, and Spark on Kubernetes.
• Act as technical owner for cloud architecture, security (IAM, IRSA), and multi‑region patterns.
• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) daily to accelerate development, while rigorously reviewing AI‑generated output.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with primary ownership of infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in AI‑assisted development workflows and ability to articulate tool usage and outcomes.
• Strong track record of shipping high‑quality services in fast‑moving environments.

• AWS (IAM, networking, multi‑region, managed data services)
• EKS and Kubernetes ecosystem (IRSA, Karpenter, External Secrets Operator)
• Terraform (modular IaC at scale)
• Argo CD, GitHub Actions with OIDC
• CI/CD pipeline design, containerization, image scanning, rollback mechanisms
• Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
• Data platforms: Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, ElastiCache, Spark on Kubernetes
• AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents
