Senior Director, Digital Finance Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead the Digital Finance Transformation within Mars' Finance Center of Excellence. This role will shape strategy, design SAP‑enabled finance solutions, and drive global standardization across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the Finance Digital Core COE and oversee execution of global transformation programs.
• Design, build, and globally deploy SAP S/4HANA and integrated finance solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Govern Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes to ensure standardization, strong controls, and financial integrity.
• Partner with senior finance and business leaders to influence strategy, enable decision‑making, and improve performance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, system integrators, and external partners to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions on time and within scope.
• Anticipate regulatory and operational challenges, ensuring effective governance and successful global rollout.

Required profile

• 15+ years leading global finance transformation programs with a focus on SAP and ERP implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and end‑to‑end finance processes, especially Record‑to‑Report.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformations from design through global deployment.
• Senior leadership experience influencing executives and managing complex, global stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
