Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations – Automotive OEM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Director to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for a major automotive OEM. This executive position oversees planning, logistics, material flow, and customer fulfillment in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategy to ensure production continuity, inventory optimisation, service performance and cost efficiency.
• Drive S&OP processes and foster cross‑functional collaboration with manufacturing, procurement, finance, engineering and quality teams.
• Champion operational transformation, continuous improvement and digital enablement initiatives.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams while maintaining strong stakeholder and customer relationships.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Significant experience within an automotive OEM or automotive manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in planning, materials management, logistics, inventory and operational transformation.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
