Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Senior Director to lead Planning, Supply Chain and Customer Service operations across Latin America for a global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. This executive role will own operational excellence, transformation initiatives and value creation for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Supply Chain, Planning and Customer Service across LATAM, aligning with business priorities and customer expectations.
• Drive large‑scale transformation projects focused on process optimization, digital enablement and service innovation.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to deliver business value, improve performance and strengthen capabilities.
• Own operational and financial performance, including P&L accountability and value realization.
• Develop high‑performing, multi‑country teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee service delivery governance, contractual compliance, risk management and operational performance.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, legal and delivery teams to support growth and client commitments.
• Establish executive relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on transformation strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of leadership experience in CPG, retail, supply chain, consulting or BPO environments.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale business transformation programs and multi‑country operations.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and C‑level stakeholders.
