Senior Distribution Remote Sales Representative I

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Distribution Remote Sales Representative to accelerate growth within Schneider Electric’s contractor segment across Mexico. The position is fully remote and focuses on developing business opportunities through electrical distribution partners while building strong relationships with contractors and end‑customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow contractor accounts across Mexico through virtual engagement and strategic channel partnerships.
• Manage and convert contractor leads, identifying opportunities to increase sales across Schneider Electric’s product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with electrical distributors to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration.
• Conduct virtual sales meetings, product presentations, and business reviews with contractors and channel partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, influencers, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Execute sales growth initiatives and pipeline management using CRM and digital sales tools.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities across Schneider Electric solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers select the best solutions for their business needs.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive account development.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of B2B, inside, remote, or channel sales experience, preferably within the electrical industry.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities, generate demand, and close sales in a consultative environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales cycles and customer needs.
• Excellent relationship‑building, active listening, and negotiation skills.
