Senior Engineer Developer Relations & Advocacy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer specialized in Developer Relations & Advocacy to transform the internal developer experience. This hands‑on individual contributor role focuses on building tools, automation, and documentation that simplify discovery, adoption, and usage of our internal platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement developer‑facing tooling, automation scripts, and documentation systems.
• Shape and evolve the Developer Handbook into a fully integrated platform.
• Improve onboarding processes, workflows, and platform adoption across multiple teams.
• Collaborate across the stack—including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, services, and applications—to identify and resolve gaps.
• Champion usability, accessibility, and real‑world developer experience throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering background with experience in platform and developer tooling.
• Passion for usability and enhancing the developer experience.
• Proactive in identifying friction points and taking ownership to solve them.
• Experience creating documentation, onboarding flows, or internal tools.
