Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Financial Analyst who will act as the Financial Controller for our regional operations. The role combines strategic financial planning, rigorous reporting, and hands‑on cash‑flow management to support both local and global decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, consolidation and analysis of the annual budget, rolling forecasts and monthly variance reporting.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accurate P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Design and present executive dashboards and KPI decks for local management and corporate headquarters.
• Monitor working capital, optimise costs and manage cash‑flow forecasts.
• Partner with tax and accounting teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and support audit activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and stronger internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial planning, corporate controlling or senior financial analysis.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) with the ability to lead meetings and produce reports.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, macros, complex formulas).
• Experience with Tier‑1 ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools – Power BI or Tableau.
