Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead functional project teams and participate in cross‑functional initiatives, providing expert guidance on process improvement and policy development. Working closely with business leaders, the role influences strategic decisions through complex financial analysis and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Guide process improvements, establish policies and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with business leaders to influence strategic decision‑making.
• Perform complex financial analysis and forecasting across a broad scope.
• Oversee analysts in multiple finance sub‑functions and drive business initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and policy development.
• Represent the business unit in regional and cross‑functional planning processes and to external customers.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting or a similar discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
