Senior Financial Analyst – Mexico Ads Sales

About the role

Amazon Ads is expanding its advertising business in Mexico and seeks a senior financial analyst to lead the Ads Sales Finance function. Reporting to the Managing Director of Mexico Ads, you will be the primary finance partner on the leadership team, shaping revenue forecasts and strategic investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own short‑term and long‑term revenue forecasts for Mexico Ads.
• Partner closely with the Managing Director and Ads leadership to drive financial planning.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for internal stakeholders.
• Represent Amazon Ads Mexico to Finance, Stores Finance, FP&A, Legal, Accounting and Tax teams.
• Analyze the Mexico Ads landscape across industry verticals, agency partners and advertiser growth to prioritize investments.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects that automate and standardise finance tools and processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
• 4+ years applying financial KPIs to analysis and creating process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
