Senior Focus Manager - Manufacturing and Supply Chain

About the role

The Senior Focus Manager leads all functions of a Focus Factory, driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and employee performance. The role combines manufacturing leadership with strong materials management and supply‑chain responsibilities to ensure seamless material flow and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Focus Factory functions, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation and employee performance.
• Manage materials management, supply chain, production planning, inventory control, warehouse operations and logistics.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability while optimizing inventory levels and accuracy.
• Partner with procurement, planning, engineering, manufacturing and logistics teams to eliminate shortages.
• Lead new‑product introduction, in‑sourcing initiatives and value‑stream optimization projects.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement initiatives using ABS tools such as Kanban, 5S, TPM, SMED, standard work, Kaizen and root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, inventory turns, material availability, OTIF and production efficiency.
• Develop and coach managers, supervisors and manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning, scheduling, inventory management and operational visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 6‑8+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, materials management or supply‑chain.
• Proven experience leading materials management, production planning, inventory control, warehouse operations and logistics.
• Strong background in high‑volume manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
