Senior FP&A Manager – Finance

About the role
The client, a global financial services platform, is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across its four divisions. This senior position will support strategic decision‑making by delivering insightful financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department stakeholders.
- Manage periodic forecasting exercises throughout the year.
- Prepare weekly short‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
- Enhance financial planning processes and reporting tools to improve efficiency.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Proven experience in FP&A roles, preferably at a senior level.
- Self‑starter capable of building and scaling the FP&A function.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership.
