A propos du poste

As a strategic HR leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence for our US Customer Engagement division. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Organization (HR) Customer Engagement USA, you will act as a key architect of talent and organizational design, balancing strategic business partnership with high-level operational execution.

Missions principales

  • Strategic People & Organization Partnership: Translate business strategies into actionable HR interventions, leveraging data-driven insights to achieve organizational goals.
  • Talent Management: Design and execute talent and leadership development strategies, manage succession planning for key roles, and build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational design for client groups, conduct diagnostics, and develop 3-5 year strategic workforce plans to ensure long-term efficiency.
  • Data Analytics: Master HR systems and utilize advanced analytics to provide actionable decision-making insights.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Act as a strategic advisor on DEI issues, promoting accountability and fostering an inclusive culture at all levels.
  • Rewards & Recognition: Contribute to the creation of competitive recognition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the HR team.

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience within a large-scale multinational or global environment.
  • Proven track record in talent management and strategic organizational design.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across different business functions.

Competences requises

  • Expertise in Organizational Development (OD) and Workforce Planning.
  • Advanced HR Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Rewards, Recognition, and DEI strategies.
  • Fluency in managing large-scale HR projects in a global context.
