Senior Identity Management Consultant

About the role

Deloitte's Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) is seeking a Senior Identity Management Consultant to join its Cyber team. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technology solutions, delivering high‑impact IAM services to clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Install, integrate, deploy and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Develop and customize IAM components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.
• Implement custom rules, scripts and plugins to extend IAM functionality.
• Manage day‑to‑day IAM processes, including Compliance Manager and Lifecycle Manager.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical designs and solutions.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of consulting or industry experience in IAM.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead project workstreams and teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico (limited sponsorship may be available).
