Senior Indirect Tax Analyst (Global Operations)

About the Role

Join a high-growth digital platform and play a pivotal role in managing and scaling our global indirect tax operations. As a key member of the Tax Team, you will navigate complex tax landscapes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and supporting our international expansion strategy.

Main Missions

• Manage and ensure full compliance for indirect tax obligations (VAT/GST/Sales Tax) across EMEA, LATAM (excl. Brazil), APAC, and North America.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings with high precision.
• Oversee end-to-end tax workflows and guarantee the integrity and quality of tax-related data.
• Strengthen SOX-compliant controls and develop robust risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive automation initiatives and support data validation processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, Product, Engineering, Legal, and tax authorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external tax advisors and support internal and external audits.

Profile Required

• Proven expertise in indirect tax management within a multinational environment (Tech, SaaS, Digital Services, or Marketplace).
• Strong background in Big 4 or large-scale international corporations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and authorities.
• Degree in Accounting, Law, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Deep knowledge of global VAT/GST/Sales Tax regulations.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Data validation and automation mindset.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
