Senior Instructor – Training & Customer Success

About the role

Join Salesforce’s Training team as a Senior Instructor, where education meets Customer Success. You will design and deliver high‑impact, instructor‑led training that helps customers adopt Salesforce technologies confidently, both virtually and on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:many training sessions, hands‑on workshops and multi‑day courses for Signature, Premier and Standard Success Plan customers.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences for audiences of varying expertise.
• Facilitate interactive sessions that encourage participation, discussion and practical application.
• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices, technical guidance and adoption recommendations.
• Accelerate customer adoption of Salesforce solutions and contribute to the value of Success Plans.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a passion for teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly master new Salesforce features.
• Comfortable delivering training both virtually and in person.
