About the role
We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join Klar’s internal audit team in Mexico City. The role is full‑time and hybrid, with a few days a week in the office, and will support our fast‑growing fintech business by ensuring robust regulatory compliance and financial risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and lead audit fieldwork, including test execution and preparation of final audit reports.
- Present audit findings and jointly analyse reports with the relevant business areas.
- Lead audits defined in the annual audit program and address ad‑hoc audit needs.
- Develop, implement and optimise data‑visualisation and analysis tools to enhance audit processes.
- Identify issues, discuss them with stakeholders and follow up on action plans to ensure remediation.
Required profile
- Strong team player with a focus on regulatory compliance and finance risk management.
- Experience conducting internal audits in a fast‑moving environment.
- Ability to work closely with risk and compliance functions to build an internal risk‑management framework.
