Senior Key Account Manager – Mexico

About the role

Moose Toys is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead its Mexico market. The role focuses on achieving sales targets for Moose products across agreed customers and driving growth in the retail channel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, consolidate and grow retail programs and promotions with existing and new customers.
• Contribute to annual budget setting, monitor margins and conduct monthly promotion reviews.
• Negotiate trading terms, develop budgets for agents and oversee channel strategy for Mexico.
• Increase performance of existing customers through business reviews, merchandising and advertising proposals.
• Exchange market intelligence with buyers and maintain accurate account profiles.
• Evaluate promotional activities to ensure optimal spend relative to sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar key‑account role, preferably in consumer products.
• Proven experience as a sales representative for Liverpool and/or Walmart Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with retailers, related systems and domestic/FOB go‑to‑market processes.
• Knowledge of the toy industry and children’s consumer marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) proficiency.
• Joint Business Planning (JBP) development.
• Strategic Account Planning (SAP) experience.
