Senior Manager, Data & Insights – Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a senior manager to lead Data & Insights for Disney’s Mexico market. The role will centralise research, analytics and sales‑research activities, turning complex data into clear business recommendations that support Direct‑to‑Consumer, Studios, Commercial Partnerships and more.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate Research, Analytics and Sales Research functions into a unified, business‑aligned Data & Insights operation for Mexico.
• Act as the primary data partner for local and regional leaders, translating data into actionable stories.
• Represent Mexico’s data perspective in LATAM and global forums, advocating local needs while aligning with global strategy.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration and embed a data‑driven mindset across teams without direct reports.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts on projects covering audience analytics, product performance and advertising measurement.
• Adopt and promote global methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Maintain strong links with the regional Data & Insights team to coordinate priorities and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in research, analytics, business intelligence or a related field, preferably in media, technology or entertainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
