Senior Manager, Global Quality & Food Safety Auditor – LATAM

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Food Safety professional to join our Global Audit Organization as a Senior Manager, Global Quality & Food Safety Auditor for LATAM. This individual contributor position offers extensive travel, international exposure, and the chance to develop technical leadership within one of the world’s largest beverage companies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute independent, risk‑focused audits of internal and external bottling operations worldwide to verify compliance with Quality & Food Safety requirements.
• Identify non‑conformances, assess root causes, and work with operations to develop effective corrective action plans.
• Prepare fact‑based audit reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance audit methodology and organizational performance.
• Contribute to the review, development, and improvement of company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Travel domestically and internationally for >50% of the time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, chemistry, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational Quality & Food Safety role within a leading food manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of driving quality performance, continuous improvement, and compliance.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, FSSC‑22000, ISO‑22000, or HACCP Lead Auditor are desirable.
